Our two existing two business units, “E-components” and “Wellness and baby” will be divided after April 1, 2020.

Each business unit will become independent; E-components will be “Takebayashi Trading Co., Ltd. and

“Wellness and baby” will be Takebayashi WB Co., Ltd.
